    I would like to know about your living situation… Is it your own home or are you renting? If you’re owning it, how much does it cost you? If you’re renting if/when do you plan on buying?

      We are currently renting. We don’t plan on buying in the near future since we plan on moving around a bit.

    I’m gland I found your channel. I have been watching them every night 2 or 3 per night all the way from Bahrain (US NAVY) any way when I got to the money play list it got me thinking of my IRA and yes I have been wasting my time. Can you share the formula for the IRA % distribution you have set up.
    I was thinking of :
    20% Vanguard Total International Stock Index ? VGTSX
    10% Vanguard Long-Term Bond Index Fund (VBLTX)
    20% Vanguard REIT Index Fund Admiral Shares (VGSLX)
    30% Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund Investor Shares (VTSMX)
